The Drinks Buyer app is owned by Octopus Marketing Services, registered at 2 Ferndale Rd, London N15 6UE. For inquiries, contact us via our contact page.

Age of Consent

Users must be over 18 years old to register on the app.

Prices

Prices for different packages are displayed and may change without notice.

Availability of App

If the app is disrupted, unavailable, or under maintenance, users will be notified and we will work to restore availability.

Accepting Your Registration Order

No contract exists until the registration order is received and accepted by Octopus Marketing Services, and payment is processed. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval.

Platform Usage, Liability & Registration Terms

  1. Octopus Marketing Services is not responsible for any financial transactions between businesses or for any issues arising from non-payment, non-delivery, or failure to receive products. Such matters are solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller. Both parties must conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any business transactions.
  2. Octopus Marketing Services will make every reasonable effort to safeguard sellers and buyers from fraudulent activity. All clients are vetted and approved before registration. If you wish to report or file a complaint regarding any client, please contact The Drinks Buyer team for investigation at complaints@thedrinksbuyer.com
  3. Octopus Marketing Services operates a fair usage policy for The Drinks Buyer app. Each Brand Registration includes a maximum of 20 product listings. If you wish to list more than 20 products, please contact us for further assistance.
  4. Octopus Marketing Services reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or reject any registration or account application if inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information is provided during the account approval process for The Drinks Buyer.

Payment

Payment must be received either annually or monthly as per the selected plan package. If payment is not received, a 7-day suspension notice will be issued and your account will be put on hold.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers must give 30 days’ notice for cancellation. Yearly subscribers may receive partial refunds, minus cancellation fees and admin costs.

Changes to These Terms

These terms were created on 15/12/2024. By signing up, you accept these terms. Changes may be made, so always check for updates.
